Taking inspiration from Mattise’s paper cut outs, this collection takes it’s cues from outlines of little puddles of botanical dyes found dripping from skeins of yarns laid out to dry under the courtyard sun. Lush green forms are cut out in squiggly blobs and checkerboards. The four sides of the high pile is a nod to Tibetan Wangden rugs.

Remember that friend or acquaintance who said Natural Dyes were dull and boring? Well, our arrangement of bold colors and textures are brought alive with Indian Indigo, Himalayan Madder, Rhubarbs and Walnuts. Rest assured, far from dull and boring!
