The Tiger Rug motif is woven with a background on a traditional vertical floor loom. After it is woven, the design is carefully cut out and the edges are hand finished using a whip stitch binding technique. A 1” fringe is added around the face of the Tiger motif for a more dramatic effect. The size of the rug makes it a perfect entryway rug or as a statement accent piece in a living room.
